Day 6 once more.
I am on day 6 of no smoking. Actually, it has nearly ended.
But, I am not really proud about the fact. I will be happy when I get to 2 months or so.
I hate to admit it but I have been this far before and then blown it. More than once!
I will be also happy when I stop thinking of cigs. When I can get through a day without thinking or wanting a cigarette.
I am sure, if most of us knew how hard it would be to stop smoking, we may never have started. But when I started it was cool, it was a way of relaxing, the adverts said so. I have never really taken notice of the adverts, can't blame them for me smoking.
The advert I liked best was the one on TV for those little cigars. The poor man with his comb over, having his photo taken. But that never made me smoke the cigars.
