Today we went shopping and a quick walk down the promenade.

Have you ever had one of those days when you go about your business and see no one you know?
Today, we saw three people and had long chats with them.

Two work or worked at the hospital, the other lady is the wife of one of our ex patients. Nice to see her and know he is doing quite well. Lovely couple they are.

No work up to now and I will tell you, no cigs either. In fact, sent one of the ladies we met today to go and get some patches! I hope they work for her. She had been told that I had stopped and she thought if I could do it, so could she! I did tell her about my slip ups and told her, it seemed to get easier.
